Student Travel Grant Terms and Conditions
There is one prize of 2,500.The closing date is August 2010. Entries must be received on or before the closing date. Late entries will not be accepted. One entry per person per draw. The winner will be selected at random from the valid entries. For details of the prize winners send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Educational Discovery Tours - Student Travel Grant, 15735 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA 96161 after the closing date.
To enter for the Student Travel Grant, the online entry form must be completed in full. Incomplete forms or entries submitted other than via www.educationaldiscoverytours.com will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.
The promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time, or to withdraw the Student Travel Grant. Entry is open to US educators, teachers, adminisrators or any adult affiliated with an educational organization. Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. If the promoter discovers that any entrant was ineligible to enter or has breached these terms and conditions, that entrant will not be included in the prize draw. If the promoter discovers that a winner should not have been included, that prize winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
If the promoter is unable to contact a winner or that winner does not respond within 30-60 days, they will be disqualified and a new winner selected. Winners authorize the promoter to publish their name, city, and photograph announcing the winner of the draw and agree to participate in other reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. Incomplete, illegible, late or fraudulent entries will be declared void. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this promotion or for receipt of any featured prizes. Proof of e-mail transmission is not proof of receipt. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for any network transmission (including e-mail) or item of post which is not delivered, delayed, or damaged in any way. This prize draw is governed by the laws of the United States and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Courts.
Entrants agree that any details provided when entering may be held by the promoter and used to send marketing and promotional material (including third party materials) by telephone or e-mail.
