California’s Riches

 

San Diego is home to many attractions and historical sites that with help you bring your curriculum to life. These itinerary options will provide students with an opportunity to experience all of the unique things San Diego has to offer. Our mission is to educate with a visual aspect of California’s history and its riches.
Program Overview:
History Program Options – Visit Mission Basilica San Diego, the first Mission built in California. During a walking tour of Old Town San Diego, see how early Californians lived. Participate in a program at the San Diego Maritime Museum, home of the “Star of India” the oldest active sailing ship in America. Explore the San Diego Bay on a Harbor Excursion.
Science Program Options – Observe unique sea life at Stephen Birch Aquarium in La Jolla. Take a tour and participate in an on-board lab science on the USS Midway. Attend an IMAX presentation and visit the hands-on science center at the Reuben H. Fleet Science and Space Museum. Enjoy a day at SeaWorld, including an educational preview of the park. Visit the world famous San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal Park, educational programs available.
