California History Experiences
Our curriculum-driven educational tours allow students to learn through hands-on experience. Your students will see their classroom studies come to life as they mirror the steps of important figures in California History.
They will see our government in action as they explore the magnificent California State Capitol building.  They will discover the impact that the transcontinental railroad had on California, as well as the entire nation, during their visit to the Railroad Museum. Students will identify the differences between modern times and the past as they take part in a lesson at the Old Schoolhouse Museum.
They will each have the opportunity to become the next James Marshall as they pan for gold in the American River. By traveling in a chaperoned group, students are given the chance to learn in a secure, enjoyable and supportive environment.
