|
| 2) |
EDT expects students to follow the rules of their host family and U.S. school as well as U.S. laws.
|
| 3) |
EDT follows the "three strikes and you're out" policy:
Strike One (first offense) - you will be issued a warning.
Strike Two (second offense) - you will not be allowed to participate in an event.
Strike Three (third offense) - you will be sent home at your own expense with no refund for portions of the trip which are missed.
|
| 4) |
EDT suggests that participants have medical coverage as EDT is not responsible for the cost of any medical treatment administered during the trip.
|
| 5) |
EDT will not be responsible for expenses associated with any individual canceling airfare purchased prior to or after the confirmation of a tour.
|
| 6) |
EDT reserves the right to use any traveler's image or likeness in marketing materials.
|
| 7) |
Illegal drugs (or drugs for which the traveler does not personally hold a prescription) or alcohol may not be used at any time during the tour. Use or possession of these will be considered a "Strike Three" offense, and the student will be immediately sent home at his or her own expense. This may also apply to those sharing a room with someone who has violated this rule, or someone in the company of that person.
