Print and complete the Discover America with EDT Registration Form.

Send in your completed registration form and $200 trip deposit.

At least two months prior to departure, complete and send the Discover America with EDT Permission Slip & Medical Release.

At least two months prior to departure, send payment in full.

6. Once you have received a Tour Confirmation from EDT (approximately 90 days prior to travel), book your airline ticket.*

Although it is not required, EDT strongly suggests that you enroll for supplemental cancellation and medical insurance. You can register for this insurance by clicking on the following link: www.travelex-insurance.com. When enrolling, it is important to reference location #05-0220.

*If you find it necessary to book your airline ticket prior to receiving a Tour Confirmation, EDT suggests that you purchase a refundable fare ticket and/or cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your airline ticket.
